Terms of use
These terms apply when you play Imposter Draw, published by Playashe, which is run by Aly Elghayesh in Egypt. By playing you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.
The rules of the table
- You must be at least 13 years old to play.
- Play fair. No cheating, no scripts or bots, and no abusing bugs.
- Be decent. The name you play under and what you draw must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, and your name must not pretend to be someone else. Do not harass other players.
- You play only with friends you invite or who invite you. If a player behaves badly, leave the room and make a new one without them.
Our rights
We may refuse a name, and we may change, pause or end any part of the service.
Ownership
The game, its name, art, words and code belong to Playashe. You get a personal, limited, non transferable licence to play it. You keep any rights you have in the name you play under and in the lines you draw. You promise they do not infringe anyone else's rights, and you agree that the players in your room may see them and share the drawing as a picture.
The service as it is
We work hard to keep Imposter Draw running, but a game can be interrupted, and features can change. The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Playashe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop at any time: leave your room, and clear the site data or delete the app to remove your name from your device. See the delete your data page.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it. These terms follow the law of Egypt.
