Delete your account
You can delete your Inkline account and its data whenever you like. It takes under a minute.
Inside the app
- Open Inkline, choose Online and tap Play. Sign in if you are asked.
- Tap Account.
- Open Delete account, type your password and tap Delete forever.
The account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device.
Without the app
Write to support@playashe.com from the email address of the account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, username and password hash.
- Every sign in session and any password reset link.
- Your place on the leaderboard.
What is kept
Finished games stay in our records without any link to who you were, because your opponents' history and ratings depend on them. Reports about abuse may be kept for safety, also without your identity. Data saved on your own device (settings and your results against the bot) is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.
