Terms of use
These terms apply when you play Inkline, published by Playashe, which is run by Aly Elghayesh in Egypt. By creating an account or playing online you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the online features.
The rules of the table
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password private and use one account per person.
- Play fair. No cheating, no scripts or bots in online matches, no abusing bugs, and no leaving games on purpose to protect a rating.
- Be decent. Usernames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretend to be someone else. Do not harass other players.
- If a player breaks these rules, report them from the end of the match. A report also blocks that player from being matched with you again.
Our rights
We may change or remove a username, reset a rating, suspend or delete an account, or remove a player from the leaderboard when these rules are broken or to protect other players. We may also change, pause or end any part of the service.
Ownership
The game, its name, art, sounds and code belong to Playashe. You get a personal, limited, non transferable licence to play it. You keep any rights you have in your username, and you promise it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The service as it is
We work hard to keep Inkline running, but online play can be interrupted, and ratings, rankings and features can change. The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Playashe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app under Account. See the delete account page.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it. These terms follow the law of Egypt.
